Returns and Refunds

RETURNS
I accept returns for all items EXCEPT skincare, makeup and perfumes due to hygienic reason.
You are responsible to the shipping cost to send back the item to me.
Returns must be made in its original condition within 7 days upon receiving.
For example, you receive the item on 3rd. Then, you need to return back the item before/by 10th. If you ship out the item on 11th, I will return the item back to you and you won't get any refund.
Here is simple procedure how to return an item:
1. Contact me immediately through email/sms that you want to return the item.
2. I will give you a returned address.
3. Wrap the item carefully just like the way you received it.
4. Ship the item via Registered Mail, Pos Laju or Pos Domestik(with tracking number).
* I am not responsible for 'loss items' due to not following this simple instruction.
REFUNDS
Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund will be given if the item is returned in its original condition ONLY. Otherwise, refund will NOT be given. I will issue a refund after I receive the item. Usually, I issue a refund within 48 hours.

How r u doing, today? I was preoccupied with other stuff today n couldnt make time to update my fotopages. At last, I get the time to write to all u guys.. 
Here is some pictures for jeans lover . They are Rock & Republic Jeans Collection. I have a plan to sell this jeans, but for now I wanna introduce how nice it is. I might list them very near in the future.
In U.S, chicks go crazy on this jeans. It get sold everywhere n the price is quite pricey. Generally, retail price is more than USD250++/RM875++. They have many designs as u can see in my pictures. But one of the famous design is Victoria Beckham Crown Collection. The crown is very gorgeous n u look very HOT n SEXY with 2 crowns on ur butt.. ahaks..  From what I read, Victoria Beckham designed this crown collection.
I have bought a pair of R&R jeans from China supplier as a sample. The embroidery is very kewl n they have crystal on the crown. Guess what? The jeans is very comfy n stretchable. I have several brand name jeans but this R&R is awesome. Well, u get what u paid rite..

Here is my GUESS and GAP collection.
I bought the GUESS handbag when I was in Japan. Well, here is the story of the purse. ehehe.. I still laugh when i recall the story behind it. Me n my juniors went to outlet area. When we were walking around brand stores, we found a company of credit card was doing a promotion n the registration is free with 2000yen gift voucher. hmm thats a good offer. Then, all of us(about 3-4) registered to get a credit card. Actually, the main purpose is to get the 2000yen(approx RM70) gift voucher.
After registration, we went to GUESS store n bought GUESS handbags. ehehe.. it sounds 'crazy'.. I fell in love to this GUESS hbag bcoz of her design n color-silver. Well, I'm still in love with her This bag costs me bout 6000yen, 50% discount of real price. I had that 2000yen gift voucher, so I just paid bout 4000yen(approx RM130)..
I also like GAP handbags as u can see in pix.. hmm I left other GAP hbags in M'sia. So, I couldn't show u that bag this time. The GAP butterfly is multi-purpose handbag. Everyday, I walk to public lib n carry this hbag. The best thing is I can put my DVDs, books n sometimes umbrella in this hbag. ehehhe.. everything. very roomy hbag.. I think, I spent bout 4000yen for this butterfly bag. A couple weeks ago, when I wanna cross the street, a chick gave me a compliment for this bag.  She said, 'I like your purse'.. By the way, here in U.S, ppl called handbag as purse. Interesting term huh..
Other GAP hbag is an evening handbag. This bag is very cute with ribbon n beads. It's pretty small n I used it only couple times. U still can put cellph n cards/money.. but purse/wallet is not recommended bcoz it would make this bag looks 'ugly'..ehehe..
I wanna make a point here. Either u buy hbag in boutique or suppliers, it seems like they got hbags from China. My 100% mirror image hbags(LV n Chanel) were made in China. My GAP n GUESS(they are 'authentic' bcoz i bought them in boutique) also made in China. From my personal opinion, there is NOTHING different between authentic hbags n non authentic hbags. It's only a perception n how u see the hbags. To me, y shld I spend thousands of dollar for a hbag when at the same time I can buy the same hbag in very low price..
Human is interesting n very creative creature, anyways...

Let me tell you bout myself. I am a woman who has a deep passion on handbag. ehehe.. well, I am a chick anyways.. What do you expect rite I am sure u have dozens n dozens handbags more than me.. ahaks...
As you can see on pictures above, there is some collection of handbags. Hmm I think that I left a dozen of my handbags in Malaysia. Probably my mum n sis use my handbags if they want to.
My new hobby is collecting designer handbags. Oppss... not real designer handbags but 100% mirror image handbag.
What is designer handbag? Hmm I'll give you some examples of designer handbags. They are such as Gucci, Prada, Coach, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior n so on.. This designer handbags cost us hundreds and thousands of U.S dollars. For example, a Hermes handbag costs bout 12 000 USD.. hmm that's too much for us.. Another Chanel handbag costs bout 3 000 USD.. U all calculate by urself how much it is in RM kay
So, I found 'alternatives' for this designer handbags. U can call it whatever you wanna call it. Some people call it replica, immitation, fake handbags n so forth. I call it 100% mirror image. Why 100% mirror image? Because it has all correct markings just like designer handbags in boutique and very high quality..
I bought 2 of 100% mirror image handbags(Chanel n LV). We(me n hubby) were so surprised with the very high quality handbags. Hmm they smell goods. leather smell. It's not immitation leather but made by real leather n i just paid only 1/8 of retail price for LV handbag and 1/16 of retail price for Chanel handbag. I am so pleased with my handbags

This authorized dealers have a license from right property owners to sell their handbags. Since I don't have a license to sell designer handbags, my handbags become 'non authentic'. We do ship worldwide. Please do not hesitate to contact us to get shipping quotes.
Our products come from various locations. Some of them ship directly from warehouses in Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, United States etc.
Shipping fee is included in the price unless stated in my advertisement. For certain items, I would include the shipping and handling fee in online invoice after you placed an order.
Please be informed that we do not C.O.D or self pick-up under any circumstances.
ITEMS IN MALAYSIA
Generally, I will decide which courier is the most economical and safe for shipment:
When you purchase a ready stock item or pre-order item, I will ship it via Pos Laju if the item is less than 1kg by weight or volumetric. This is my standard shipment. You might get your item in 1-3 business days.
If the item can be shipped in Pos Ekspres envelope, I will use Pos Ekspres as shipment method.
If the item is not in above specifications, your item will be delivered via Pos Domestik. It has tracking number and you can trace your parcel at your post office. It takes approximately 3-5 business days to be arrived at your doorstep.
Notes: If you have any special request to ship your item via Pos Laju, Fedex, DHL and the like, please let me know. I will make some special arrangement for you. You are responsible to the shipping charge 100%.
ITEMS FROM CHINA
When you purchase a product from China, it will be delivered via Expedited Mail Service(EMS)/Pos Laju and takes 7-12 working days to arrive at your door. After you place an order, I will give you tracking number in a couple of days(usually in 4-5 working days). You can track it online on its website and requires signature confirmation upon receipt. If you are not at home when your item arrives, you need to claim your parcel at the nearest post office and show your IC as a proof of recipient.
ITEMS FROM HONG KONG
When you purchase a product from Hong Kong, it will be delivered via Hong Kong Post Registered Airmail. They also come with tracking number but you cannot track online. The number will be used to trace your parcel in case if you don't receive your parcel within 12 working days. Your signature confirmation is required to receive the item.
ITEMS FROM USA
When you purchase an item from United States, it will be delivered via U.S 1st International Mail or U.S Priority Mail which takes approximately 7-12 working days. Priority Mail doesn't have tracking number but your signature confirmation is required to receive the item. It delivered by Pos Laju Malaysia. The cheapest method is U.S 1st Class International Mail which doesn't have tracking number and delivered by mr postman.
If you have any special request to ship your item via Pos Laju, Fedex, DHL and the like, please let me know. I will make some special arrangement for you. You are responsible to the shipping charge 100%.
Since we are imported items from oversea, buyer are responsible to custom duties that may occur.
