Returns and Refunds

RETURNS
I accept returns for all items EXCEPT skincare, makeup and perfumes due to hygienic reason.
You are responsible to the shipping cost to send back the item to me.
Returns must be made in its original condition within 7 days upon receiving.
For example, you receive the item on 3rd. Then, you need to return back the item before/by 10th. If you ship out the item on 11th, I will return the item back to you and you won't get any refund.
Here is simple procedure how to return an item:
1. Contact me immediately through email/sms that you want to return the item.
2. I will give you a returned address.
3. Wrap the item carefully just like the way you received it.
4. Ship the item via Registered Mail, Pos Laju or Pos Domestik(with tracking number).
* I am not responsible for 'loss items' due to not following this simple instruction.
REFUNDS
Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund will be given if the item is returned in its original condition ONLY. Otherwise, refund will NOT be given. I will issue a refund after I receive the item. Usually, I issue a refund within 48 hours.
